Tja, wat moet je daar dan nog aan toevoegen? Maar wees niet bevreesd, de zogezegde “hard-core” foto’s hebben ze in een apart en afgescheiden zaaltje gehangen. Indien je denkt dat je ga in zwijm vallen bij het zien van al dat vlees, dan ga je er gewoon niet binnen.
Die obsessie voor esthetiek zie je doorheen de tweehonderdvijftig foto’s waarvan de overgrote meerderheid zwart/wit zijn. De afdrukken van de bloemen zijn bijzonder mooi. Natuurlijk horen de bekende koppen thuis in dit overzicht maar zo kom je naast de bloemen ook vormen tegen, delen van het lichaam, stukken van sculpturen, zelfportretten en foto’s van zijn muse.
Je kunt je ticket online bestellen maar dat kost je één Euro extra! Vroeger kreeg je korting wanneer je je ticket online bestelde, nu moet je bijbetalen. Schandalig. Indien je dan toch naar Parijs gaat, bezoek zeker ook de tentoonstelling die gewijd is aan Henri Cartier-Bresson.
